Our services range from a simple advisory consultation (approximately 1 hour or more), a Scorecard assessment, or an energy audit.
There are many benefits to getting a Scorecard assessment for your apartment or unit. It provides an indication of the cost to run, tells you how well your home performs in summer and winter, where it uses the most energy and empowers you to make informed decisions and improvements. You’ll also get a Scorecard certificate with the energy efficiency star rating for your home.

You will get a summary report by email with our findings and recommendations and a list of priority actions for you.
Our fee is approximately $420 including GST, depending on the size of your apartment.
If several people in your building would like an assessment, and it can be arranged on the same day, we’re happy to make this more cost-effective for everyone involved.

You will receive a short and easy-to-follow report, helping you to understand how the energy and water in your buildings are used. We’ll also give you a prioritised list of actions that your Body Corporate can work through at a suitable pace.
You can also get a NABERS assessment done for your building’s common areas. By assessing the common areas in your building for energy, water and waste you can see how well your building is performing when benchmarked against others, reduce operating costs, and increase market value.
Our assessors have years of experience in residential apartment efficiency. We’re fully accredited assessors and understand well how important home comfort and cost efficiency is, and the limitations of some apartment buildings.
